Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

This particular Tai Chi form is approved and promoted by the Center for Disease Control as "one of the most effective exercises to prevent falls, improve health and the quality of life." The gentle movements will increase your strength, flexibility and balance.

Classes fur for 8 weeks and are held on Tuesday Mornings:

9:30 - 10:30 a.m. for Advanced

10:45 - 11:45 a.m. for Beginners
